Our journey started in 2004 with a project failure in composites and power systems. It wasn’t directly our fault but we learnt right at the beginning to learn hard and do better. 

In a world where more and faster drive markets, it could become easy to compromise on the need for reflection and the careful consideration of process which makes advances possible. Not for us; it’s just not part of what makes us tick. 

Our very own backyard keeps us grounded, industry networks, staff or family and friends; Every time we push ourselves to knock another challenge off the list, someone is fast on our heels, to call us out or show us their version of better.
